Summer 2006 was busy but wonderful. All the kids were with us much of the summer and we had time to travel to Denver, Colorado and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The SC trip was interesting as we had all eight with us on a plane together for the first time. They did amazingly well. Gib, Brooke and Blake were on the swimteam and Blake played summer ball. Brayden anticipated Kindergarten while Anna, Maren and Collin spent a month with their dad and Gib spent all his freetime in the kayak or somewhere near nature. Little Ryan certainly thought he was as big as the others and did a great job of trying to prove it!
